Our Pastor
Jonathan
became the founding Pastor of SouthPoint Church in February of 2005.
Before moving back to the Carolinas, Jonathan served as a youth
minister at All Saints Church in Pawleys Island, SC, and later as an
assistant at Prince of Peace Anglican Church in Melbourne, Florida,
SouthPoint's sponsoring church.
He graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's degree
in Communications, later earning a Master's of Divinity from Reformed
Theological Seminary in Orlando. Jonathan also has a diploma in
Anglican Studies from Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry. In his
spare time (if he ever has any) he loves watching his two favorite
teams, the Carolina Panthers and the Appalachian State Mountaineers.
